You can go to our recharge page and follow 3 simple steps.
Step 1 - Enter the number you want to recharge.
Step 2 - Select the service (Reload / Rastas). Make sure you select the correct service before proceeding.
Step 3 - Verify your details and press the Recharge button to recharge.
If you have booked a free number, please wait for a message from our staff via Viber, which you will receive within 24 hours. If the number has a price, kindly top up your wallet as soon as possible. Once the payment is confirmed, our staff will proceed with your number booking and contact you accordingly.
Your first month invoice will include an advance payment equal to the full package fee, plus a prorated charge for the days you have used the service from the activation date through the end of the billing cycle. This ensures you only pay for the exact days during which the service is active.
Please note: These fees apply to the package only and do not include charges for the number/device. You will be billed for the package at the end of the month not upon activation. All invoices include GST.
You dont need to make any payment to Boostify Investment Pvt Ltd upon activation simply settle your bill at the end of the month to your Service Provider.
Please be advised that if there is an outstanding bill with the service provider, your connection may be suspended immediately after the number or AirFibre has been activated by the Boostify team. Restoration of service will be carried out solely by the service provider upon settlement of the pending amount. Boostify will not be responsible for any actions taken in this regard, as this matter lies exclusively between the service provider and the customer.
Getting your Ooredoo Air Fibre device for free with Boostify is simple. Just visit our Request Page and fill out the form. Once your request is received, our team will contact you within 24 hours with the Air Fibre contract to review and sign. After that, you may either collect the device from our pick-up location or choose our third-party delivery option. For more details, please refer to the Delivery section in our Terms & Conditions.
If you decide to disconnect your AirFibre service before the completion of the 1-year contract, you are required to settle the full cost of the AirFibre device with the service provider. The device costs MVR 3,999, and this payment must be made in full at the time of disconnection.
Please note that the remaining service charges, if any, may also apply according to the terms and conditions set by the service provider. Once the full device payment is cleared, the service provider will process your disconnection request. The Boostify team is not responsible for any charges or actions taken by the service provider in this process; this is a direct agreement between you and the service provider.
Yes, before purchasing any Dhiraagu prepaid number from Boostify, make sure you already have a number that is registered under your name. This is important for the ownership change.
